§ 25. Construction of Act

Latest version.

This act shall be liberally construed to the end that the purposes may be effective. No error, irregularity or informality, and no neglect or omission of any officer of the district in any procedure taken hereunder which does not directly affect the jurisdiction of the board of trustees to order the work done or improvement to be made shall avoid or invalidate such proceeding or any assessment for the cost of work or improvement done thereunder.
